1. Ekuseni intshumayelo ngoBabamkhulu ezolandwa ingelosi yaseMampondweni, ngiyiqale phakathi ngoba iyinde kakhulu, ngabona ukuthi ngeke ngikwazi ukuba ngiyiqale ekuqaleni. Kodwa manje ngizoyiqala ekuqaleni ngoba kubalulekile ukuthi sazi ukuthi njengoba uBabamkhulu wayesemzini kaNkabani e-South Coast noma eMampondweni, wayefike kanjani.

24. “Sahamba-ke saya eMgungundlovu, sehla esitimeleni saya emzini kaMncube e-Edendale, (eYideni) njengoba sitsheliwe. Kwathi ntambama, uShembe wathuma uMadilika Ngcobo esasihamba naye ukuba ayothenga amathikithi. Wabuza umlungu: “Amathikithi aya kusiphi isiteshi?” Wangaphendula uNgcobo. 25. Wayesethi uShembe. “Ingelosi ehamba nathi isihambile, ngilindeni lapha.” Wahamba, kodwa washesha wabuya, wayesethi: “Sengilubonile unyawo lwengelosi esitimeleni esiya e-Riverside.” Sathatha-ke isitimela esidlula e-Edendale (eYideni) sibheke eMampondweni.
 
27 Balandelani? Balandela ingelosi, yonke into abayenzayo bayitshelwa ingelosi, noBabamkhulu utshelwa ingelosi! Yini-ke esiyintsha uma ngabe ingelosi isilapha phakathi kwethu, isitshela ukuthi yenzani lokhu nalokhu, ngoba ngisho uBabamkhulu eselapha emhlabeni wayeholwa ingelosi?
 
28. “Kuthe sesidlule kudala eMzimkhulu, uShembe wasitshela ukuba silungise imithwalo. Sehla esiteshini eSandeka esiphakathi koMzimkhulu neNgwagwane. Waqhamuka umfana owayegaxe ubuhlalu bezintombi njengoba izwi lishilo ukuthi siyohlangana naye.

29. Angithi uBabamkhulu ubese eshilo ukuthi ingelosi isimtshelile ukuthi kuyoqhamuka umfana oqhamuka ezintombini, kube uyena obaphathisa umthwalo, ebatshele lapaha abaya khona. Bavele bahamba, bathe uma behla esiteshini, wavele waqhamuka umfana. Wavele wabaphuca umthwalo, kuthe uma esewubona umuzi, wayesethi nakhu la eniya khona, wase ewubeka phansi umthwalo. 30. “UMqaliwendlela wathi: “Hawu! Mntanami, usuyasilahla lapha? Awuzosibeka khona kulo muzi na?” Yaphendula lensizwa yathi: “Cha, Baba, ngitsheliwe ukuba nginishiye lapha, kukhona lapho engisaya khona. Kodwa ngizobuya”.
 
31. Kusho umfana, uthi ngitsheliwe ukuthi kufanele nginibeke la. Yonke into yayisilungiswe ingelosi yaseMampndoweni njengoba nathi lapha yonke into siyaye siyilungiselwe ingelosi esihamba nayo!
 
32. “Kuthe uma esesishiya, sathatha izembatho zeNkosi kubhasikidi sahlukaniselana ngazo ukuze sizithwale. Sawela umfula senyukela kulowo muzi. Sithe uma sifika khona sahlangana nesikhukhukazi esinamachwane esangweni. Kwaqhamuka uklebe wazama ukubamba amachwane. Sagxumela phezulu isikhukhukazi silwela amachwane aso. Umuntu wasezulwini uShembe, wangenelela, wavikela amachwane esikhukhukazi. Kuthe sisakhala isikhukhukazi, waqhamuka unkosikazi walapho ekhaya, wabona ‘iNdlondlo yomusa’ isingaphakathi komuzi wakwaDlamini.”
 
33. Niyabona ukuthi asikashumayeli, nhlobo, uBabamkhulu usuka eKuphakameni uya eMampondweni, uyongena nje emzini womuntu lapho engaziwa khona, eyoshumayela!
 
34. “Sakhuleka, sangena. Wasibingelela lo nkosikazi. Sacela izicephu zokuhlala, wasinika. INkosi yona yahlala esihlalweni. Unkosikazi wasibuza: “Niphumaphi?” Sasho ukuthi sivela eKuphakameni, siphelezele uBaba wethu uShembe.” Wethuka unkosikazi, uMadilika Ngcobo wabuza: “Uyamazi yini uShembe?” Waphendula unkosikazi wathi: “Cha, kodwa sizwile ngaye emaphepheni.” Wangena uDlamini, umnikazi wekhaya. Wajabula kakhulu uma ebona uShembe, wathi: “Ngizwile ngoShembe ngesikhathi ngiseThekwini kodwa bengingazi ukuthi ngiyoze ngimbone.” Lo muzi wakwaDlamini wawukhonza ebandleni lamaWeseli, uDlamini eyiDikoni khona.”
 
35. Niyayibona lendaba, uShembe ungena emzini wamaWeseli okukhona khona iDikoni, nakuwo uyoqhuba izwi leNkosi!
 
36. “Bamlungisela uShembe indlu ekhethekile, thina salaliswa kwenye indlu. Ngakusasa ekuseni, intombazane emnyama emathanjana nje eyisangoma yafika. Wasikhumbuza uShembe ngesiphrofetho esakhulunywa ingelosi sikwaBotha (Botha’s Hill). Manje sayibona le ntombazane. Sayibingelela sayibiza ngegama layo. Yamangala lentombazane ukuthi uShembe ulazi kanjani igama layo, ngoba akukho muntu olaziyo lelo gama elithi ‘Nelisiwe’. UShembe wathi: “Mntanami, ngakwazi ungakazalwa.” Yasukuma lapho intombazane yaya kwinkosikazi kaDlamini yathi: “Namuhla ngimbonile uNkulunkulu. Ngisize ungikhiphe zonke lezi ziphandla nezinyongo neminqwambo esemzimbeni kimi.” Wenza njalo unkosikazi. Yasuka lapho intombazane yeza kuShembe.”
 
37. Niyayibona lento eyenzekyo manje, isangoma sesibone uShembe sazikhipha iziphandla, sayikhipha iminqwambo, sayikhipha yonke into yobungoma, seza kuShembe singasafake lutho yobungoma, sesifuna ukuba sibhabhadiswe. Manje nganjani amaNazaretha ahlala nezangoma?
 
38. “Wabona uShembe ukuthi isisusile zonke izinto zobungoma, wamangala umuntu wasezulwini wathi: “Mntanami, kwenzekeni?” Yaphendula yathi: “Baba, sengimbonile manje uNkulunkulu, bengingeke ngichithe isikhathi nokuqhubeka nalezi zinto.” UShembe wathi: “Awungitshelanga ngani ukuthi ufuna ukwenza kanje? Ufunani manje?” Yathi: “Ngifuna uBaba angibhabhadise.” Wabuza uShembe: “Uyakwazi ukukholwa?” Yaphendula yathi: “UBaba uzongifundisa.” NoDlamini naye wathi: “Baba, nami ngilindele usuku lokuthi uyosibhabhadisa nomndeni wami.” INdlondlo yomusa yathi: “Ngiyezwa, mntanami.”
 
39. Emveni kwalokho wasibiza uShembe, wathi: “Ingelosi ehamba nathi isitshelile ukuthi uJehova uthe ngingayibhabhadisi le ntombazane kanye noDlamini nomuzi wakhe.’ Angazi, bantabami, ukuthi manje ngizothini ngoba sebeyikhethile iNkosi!”
 
40. Nalapha uBabamkhulu ulalela okutshelwa yingelosi, yamtshela ukuthi uthi uJehova kuzofika isangoma sikhethe iNkosi, kodwa angasibhabhadisi. Nempela wangasibhabhadisa ngokuyalwa yingelosi!
 
41. Uthi-ke manje uBabamkhulu, angisazi ngizokwenzenjani ngoba sebeyikhethile iNkosi.
“Ngike ngacabanga ukuthi ngithi kubo sizophindela emuva eKuphakameni manje, sizobuya nebandla sizobabhabhadisa. Ngizoshiya lapha ezinye zezembatho zami njengesibambiso.” Sajabula ukuzwa la mazwi”
Kukhona amanga aphilisayo, ngoba uShembe wayengasakhulumi iqiniso, kodwa ephoqekile ukuhamba njengoba eyaliwe!
 
42. “Ngosuku olulandelayo ntambama, uDlamini, waletha imbuzi enkulu wathi: “Baba, ngicela ungithandazele kuNkulunkulu, umtshele ukuthi ngithi nasi isijingi sakhe.” Umuntu wasezulwini wathi asiyihlabe. Sathi sisayihlinza, iNkosi yasibiza yathi: “Bantabami, indodana yami, (u-Johannes Galilee-iLanga), ifikile kimi ngesibonakaliso ihamba nendoda ebikhala, wathi: ‘Baba, ningayidli le mbuzi ngoba intshontshiwe, nangu umnikaziyo uyakhala.’ Ngakho- ke yihlinzeni bese niyayilengisa. 43. Niyayizwa le ndaba, kufika uBaba ngephupho, kodwa uBaba wayengakabi ngisho umholi ngo 1930, wayesafundisa noma wayefunda, angazi. Kodwa wayengakabi umholi.
“Kwathi kusese busuku, umuntu wasezulwini, wavuka wasitshela ukuba silunge sihambe. Wathi kuDlamini: “Ngiyabonga mntanami, ungiphathe kahle. Sengiyahamba manje ngoba ingelosi ehamba nathi isihambile, angazi noma sizoyifica yini endleleni.”
