4.Ukwethemba kukunikeza inhlonipho, ukwethembeka kwenza ukuthi umbone umuntu omdala. Ukwethembeka kwenza ukuthi umbone umuntu oze kuNkulunkulu. Ukwethembeka kwenza ukuthi ungahloniphi umuntu ngoba enotho, kwenza uhloniphe wonke umuntu ngaphandle kokumbuka ukuthi unomuzi ongakanani, uhambe ngemoto enjani, kodwa umhloniphela ukuthi uzokhonza uNkulunkulu.

Kwenza ukuthi uJehova akunikeze abalindi abazohlala bekulindile, bese kuthi nomuntu obesathi uzokwenza into embi angashawa nguwe, kodwa ashawe ngabalindi ababekwe uJehova kuwe ukuthi bakulinde ngoba ungumntwana wakhe othembekile.

14.Ukwethembeka kwenza ukuthi kungathi uma ngabe abaphathiswa bezwi likaNkulunkulu bekweluleka, bese nawe weluleka bona, ngoba umuntu uma ephathiswe izwi likaNKulunkulu ubhekwe uJehova! Uma ebekwe nguJehova, kuyicala ukuthi umbalele wena izono zakhe uthi ngeke ngitshelwe ngusibanibani, ngoba ngokusho njalo kwakho usutshela yena uJehova ukuthi ngeke utshelwe nguye! Ngoba uJehova uyazi, wazi ngisho ekuzalweni kwakhe engakafiki, umgcobe ngamabomu, akamgcobanga edidekile!
15.Ngalawo mazwike bantwana baseKuphakameni ukwethembeka kwenza ukuthi wesabe, ube umuntu owesabayo, noma uJehova efika ngisho emzuzwini wokuphaphama kwakho, afike inhliziyo yakho imsulwa, afice ulimi lwakho luluhle lungatholakali lugxeka, lugxeka abaphathiswa bezwi! 21.“Kwathi esebuyile ekuthatheni umbuso, wathi azibizelwe kuye lezo zinceku abezinike imali ukuba azi ukuthi yileyo naleyo izuzeni ngokuhweba. 16“Yavela-ke eyokuqala, yathi: ‘Nkosi, umina wakho uzuze omina abayishumi.’ 17“Wathi kuyo: ‘Kuhle-ke, nceku enhle; lokhu ufunyanwe uthembekile kokuncinyane, uzakubusa phezu kwemizi eyishumi.’ 18“Yafika neyesibili, yathi: ‘Umina wakho, Nkosi, uzuze omina abayisihlanu.’
22.“Wathi nakuleyo: ‘Nawe yiba phezu kwemizi eyisihlanu.’ 20“Kwafika nenye, yathi: ‘Nkosi, nangu umina wakho ebengimkhwezile esongwe endwangwini. 21 Ngokuba bengikwesaba, lokhu ungumuntu olukhuni; uthabatha ongakubekanga, uvuna ongakuhlwanyelanga.’
23“Wathi kuyo: ‘Ngizakukwahlulela ngomlomo wakho wena nceku embi. Ubuwazi ukuba ngingumumtu olukhuni, ngithabatha engingakubekanga, ngivuna engingakuhlwanyelanga; 23 awufakanga ngani imali yami ebhange, mina-ke ekufikeni kwami ngabe ngiyibizile kanye nenzalo, na?’
24“Wayesethi kwababemi khona: ‘Maphuceni umina, nimnike ono mina abayishumi.’25“Kepha bathi kuye: ‘Nkosi, unomina abayishumi.’ 26 “Ngithi kini: Yilowo nalowo onakho uyakuphiwa, kepha ongenakho uyakwaphucwa nalokho anakho.
25.Kodwa lezo zitha zami ezazingathandi ukuba ngibuse phezu kwazo, ziletheni lapha, nizibulale phambi kwami.” Eseshilo lokho waqhubekela phambili, wakhuphukela eJerusalema.”
